Functional testing and certification support for your systems

Validate the quality of your systems before market launch

Thanks to our in-house testing capabilities, DK Innovation validates the performance, reliability, and compliance of your prototypes and finished products. These tests are conducted under real-life conditions to simulate usage constraints.

We notably have a climatic chamber that allows testing at extreme temperatures (from -60 °C to +150 °C), useful for observing system behavior under harsh conditions or simulating aging.

We also perform mechanical, electrical, and software tests on your complete systems or sub-assemblies to ensure proper functionality.

Testing of lithium batteries and energy modules

Specialized in embedded energy, we perform functional testing on batteries (Lithium-ion, LiFePO4, etc.) and associated management systems (BMS). We measure charge retention, thermal stability, and operating cycles according to your specifications.

Certification support

Although we are not a certification body, DK Innovation handles the complete preparation of your systems for certification with our partner :

  • Review of applicable regulatory requirements (CE, EMC, LVD, RED…)
  • Design adjustments for compliance
  • Internal pre-validation tests before laboratory submission
  • Presence on-site with or for you at the certifying organization
  • Technical discussions with certification labs
