Minilogger NMEA – Navigation Data Recorder

Design of an NMEA minilogger capable of recording a large volume of data from navigation instruments. The developed electronics manages several isolated inputs and continuously stores the information on an SD card, with automatic source configuration.

Our role:

The system collects and archives all NMEA data from onboard equipment (GPS, sounders, sensors, etc.). It also allows specific events (such as a sail change or a maneuver) to be associated with the recorded data to facilitate analysis.

Design of a WiFi – NMEA Multiplexer

Design of a WiFi – NMEA multiplexer allowing different navigation instruments to be connected to each other and to interface them with digital media (tablet, smartphone, computer). The electronics integrate several isolated inputs/outputs and WiFi/USB connectivity for flexible use.

Our role:

The system centralizes NMEA data from onboard instruments and redistributes it to other connected equipment or media. It ensures maximum compatibility between heterogeneous instruments and facilitates real-time access to navigation information.

Design of a GNSS central unit

Design of a GNSS central unit integrating satellite signal reception and processing electronics to provide high-precision position, speed and synchronization. The solution combines on-board sensors and calculation algorithms, suitable for mobile and demanding environments.

Our role:

The GNSS central unit collects signals from satellite constellations (GPS, Galileo, Glonass, etc.), processes them in real time and provides reliable navigation data. It can be coupled with other sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes) to improve positioning continuity and accuracy.

Benefits for the customer:

Reverse osmosis electronics

Complete design of the control and monitoring electronics for a reverse osmosis system. The system integrates sensor management, pump and valve regulation, as well as monitoring of critical parameters to ensure reliable and secure freshwater production.

Our role:

The electronics control and automate the operation of the reverse osmosis system: pressure, flow rate, quality of the water produced. It triggers operating and safety cycles to optimize performance and ensure the durability of the desalination system.

Benefits for the customer:

Electronic control design of a FlyBoard

Complete design of the electronic control of a FlyBoard, including power management, motor control and safety electronics. The development was designed to operate in a demanding marine environment, with strong constraints on robustness and reliability.

Our role:

The control manages the thrust generated by the engine in real time and ensures a smooth and precise response to user input. It guarantees stability, safety and performance, while resisting marine conditions (water, salt, shocks).

Lithium battery park (LiFePO4)

Development and manufacturing of custom LiFePO4 lithium battery packs, designed for demanding applications ranging from offshore racing to industrial environments. These batteries incorporate an advanced BMS developed by DK Innovation, ensuring cell balancing, monitoring and system protection.

Our role:

Battery banks provide reliable, lightweight, and efficient energy to power on-board or stationary systems. They ensure safe operation by managing charging, discharging, and communication with other equipment via CAN bus.
