Electronic and mechanical design of robots (the pipeline robot and the power line inspection robot).
Development of custom robots integrating both electronic and mechanical design. We have notably produced: A robot for inspecting and working on water pipes, including the electronic and software architecture of the mechanical components, integration into a support truck, and the development of prototypes for new power tools.
The complete electronic and mechanical design of an inspection robot dedicated to high-voltage lines. The project was carried out from start to finish: study and design, production of the prototype, then manufacturing of the final robot in our workshops. The system integrates the motor control, the onboard sensors and the communication solutions necessary for its operation in real conditions.
Our role:
The robot travels along power lines to perform visual and technical inspections without interrupting service. It monitors the condition of the infrastructure.

Robot control
Design and development of a dedicated control panel for robot piloting. The system combines an ergonomic interface and custom-built onboard electronics, allowing intuitive and reliable handling of the equipment.
Our role:
The console provides communication with the robot and allows real-time control of its movements, motors, and specific functions. It offers a clear and robust interface, suitable for industrial environments and field requirements.
